Assemblies [standard box of building blocks]
The plants of the company SMS Spinnler are built up into assemblies. These can modularly be installed like a module system in the different machine concepts. The module "servo press" can for example as a single user version (WPA) when pressing module in one or 3 axes robot (CNA) be installed in a transfer machine (LNA).

Of course the possibility also passes these assemblies buying one by one to install these into your application.

Workstation [standard work stations]
We understand a machine by a workstation this one was conceived as a job version. In this different applications can be installed such as press, lasers, writing or fairs-examining. By the compact style of the workstation it is possible to put these on a very little room or to move it to a place where one is needed.

A partial automation is possible e.g. with a round table, cross table or also with a semiautomatic supplying. This can therefore be adapted to the respective needs of the application and the automation level.

Machines [standard machine concepts]
In principle, the company SMS Spinnler has in the area of machines three different machine concepts.
- assembly machine (1 station)
- round time plant (2-12 stations)
- linear transfer plant (1-3 stations/cell)

Each plant type has its right in certain applications advantages. The selection of the plants is conceived so that different technologies (e.g. press) can be integrated modularly.

Special machines
There are applications again and again which make special demands on a plant/machine. These cannot be fulfilled full extensively with standard concepts and it needs a special solution for it. We have conceived and built some of these plants within the last few years. Partly these are based on basic concepts or got newly developed entirely. Thanks to our years of experience in the special mechanical engineering (construction, mechanical engineering, control making, software) we can offer you the optimal custom-designed solution.
